Welcome to Hemohandicrafts. By browsing our boutique atelier or placing an order, you agree to the following terms crafted for heirloom quality and mutual trust.
1. Artisan Handcrafted Nature of Products
Every pair of khussa, quilted prayer mat (jaanamaz), and piece of brass jewelry offered by Hemohandicrafts is crafted one piece at a time by generational Pakistani master artisans.
Due to the organic nature of vegetable-tanned cowhide, hand-dyed velvet, and manual needlework (phulkari, tilla, dabka, zardozi), slight variations in texture, embroidery tension, or color tone are authentic signatures of slow handcraft — not manufacturing flaws.
2. Pricing, Currency & Order Acceptance
All prices displayed on our website are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs.) and are inclusive of standard local craftsmanship and packaging.
- We reserve the right to correct any typographical or system pricing errors prior to dispatch.
- Order placement constitutes an offer to purchase; orders are formally accepted once verified via phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp confirmation.
- For ready-to-ship products, nationwide Cash on Delivery (COD) is available. For custom bespoke commissions, an advance deposit is mandatory before work commences.
3. Bespoke & Custom Commissions
Custom-crafted items (including bridal khussa tailored to bridal dress swatches, name-embroidered jaanamaz, and personalized brass engravings) are made uniquely for the ordering patron.
Patrons are responsible for confirming accurate foot sizing, color choices, and custom embroidery text prior to production. Custom orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once artisan cutting and needlework have started. Please review our dedicated Custom Order Policy for detailed terms.
4. Shipping & Delivery Commitments
Ready-to-ship catalog items are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours and typically reach major cities across Pakistan within 2 to 4 business days. Delivery timelines for bespoke orders are provided during the design consultation (normally 15 to 14 working days).
While we work with premier courier partners (TCS, Leopard, PostEx, Trax), Hemohandicrafts is not liable for third-party courier delays caused by weather disruptions, road closures, or national holidays.
5. Exchange, Returns & Cancellation

6. Intellectual Property
All embroidery motifs, design patterns, photography, brand names, logos, written text, and creative media displayed on hemohandicrafts.com are the exclusive intellectual property of Hemohandicrafts. Unauthorized reproduction, commercial redistribution, or scraping of content is strictly prohibited.
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising in connection with website orders shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Lahore, Pakistan.
