1. Delivery Timeframes & Dispatch Schedules
Orders verified by 2:00 PM are dispatched on the same business day. Delivery across major hubs (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad) takes 2 to 4 business days.
Bespoke bridal khussa and customized prayer mats require 15 to 14 working days of artisan crafting before express courier dispatch.
2. Shipping Rates Across Pakistan
For orders below Rs. 5,000, standard subsidized shipping rates apply based on destination:
- Lahore (Local Atelier Region): Rs. 150
- Major Metros (Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan): Rs. 220 – Rs. 250
- Other Cities & Regions (Peshawar, Quetta, Sialkot, Hyderabad, Abbottabad, etc.): Rs. 250 – Rs. 300
- Remote / Northern Hubs (Gilgit, Skardu, Muzaffarabad): Rs. 300 – Rs. 350

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Courier Partners
We partner with Pakistan's most reliable courier networks (TCS, Leopard Courier, PostEx, Trax) to guarantee seamless Cash on Delivery:
- Exact Cash Payment: Please keep the exact cash amount ready at the time of delivery to avoid courier rider change delays.
- Open Parcel Policy: Couriers operate under strict transit security guidelines; parcels cannot be unsealed or opened prior to handing payment to the rider. If you encounter any issue once unboxed, our atelier provides an immediate 7-day exchange or refund.
4. Order Tracking & Notifications
Once your parcel leaves our Lahore atelier:
- You receive an automated WhatsApp & SMS notification with your active courier tracking number (CN).
- You can monitor parcel movement live on the courier's tracking portal.
- The courier rider will call your registered contact number prior to the delivery attempt.
5. International Shipping
We routinely ship bridal khussa and bespoke gifts to our diaspora patrons in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, UAE, and Europe via DHL Express and FedEx.
