Delivery Time:
Orders are typically delivered within 8–10 working days.

Maximum Delivery Period:
In some cases, delivery may take up to 15–18 days.

Delays:
Delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances or countrywide situations. Customers may need to compromise in such cases.

Compensation for Delay:
If an order is not delivered after 18 days, customers will receive a 10% discount on their delayed order.

Tax:
A 4% government tax will be added to the total amount on Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

Refunds & Exchanges:
Refunds and exchanges are not available.

Unauthorized Returns:
In case of an unauthorized return, strict action will be taken.
